These Online Payment Terms govern the use of online payment services (the “Services”) for Event and Membership Registration via the SAS2024 App. By using the Services, you enter into a contract with the 16th Saudi Anesthesia Conference. You must accept these Terms to proceed with a payment.

These Terms may be modified at any time without prior notice, so please review them each time you use the Services. It is recommended to keep a record of your transaction.

Purpose

The Services are for payments to the 16th Saudi Anesthesia Society Conference only. You must not:
– Damage or disrupt the Services.
– Use the Services for unauthorized or unlawful purposes.

Your Warranties

You confirm that:

– You are at least 18 years old.
– You have the authority to accept these Terms.
– The credit card used is issued in your name.
– You will pay all charges incurred.
– The information you provide is accurate.

Payment

Payments may only be made via Visa or MasterCard. Charges are in Saudi Arabian Riyals and US Dollars, including GST (if applicable). Partial payments are acceptable if full payment is made by the due date; otherwise, full payment is required by the specified final payment date.

After a transaction, verify all details as the 16th Saudi Anesthesia Society Conference is not liable for errors or data loss. Once made, payments cannot be canceled, and the 16th Saudi Anesthesia Society Conference is not responsible for payment refusals or reversals.

Provision/Collection of Information

Your credit card information is processed through a secure third-party website. The only information shared with the conference is:
– Payer’s name
– Invoice/notice number
– Payment amount

By using the Services, you agree to provide and retain information electronically and authorize the conference to collect information about you and your transactions.

Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted in writing with proof of overpayment. Send requests to finance@kr.net.sa or to the 16th Saudi Anesthesia Conference, 6977 Umm Al Fakhr, Al Olaya, Riyadh 12241 (Office Hours: 08:00 AM – 06:00 PM AST). Approved refunds will be transferred to your designated bank account.

Disputed Amounts

Security

Payments are processed securely, but you acknowledge that internet transmissions cannot be fully secure. The 16th Saudi Anesthesia Society Conference is not liable for any interception or unauthorized access to your information.

Exclusion/Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the 16th Saudi Anesthesia Conference disclaims liability for any damages, losses, or costs arising from the Services.

Governing Law

These Online Payment Terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia, with exclusive jurisdiction for related matters held by Saudi Arabian law agencies.
