The central idea
Artificial intelligence earns its place in anesthesia only when it completes a chain that begins and ends with the clinician. This conference follows that chain, link by link.
The anesthesiologist remains the decision-maker. Everything begins and ends with clinical judgment.
Vitals, waveforms, records and registries — the perioperative signal, captured continuously.
Analytics and models that find the pattern in the signal before it becomes an event.
Evidence surfaced at the moment it is needed, as support rather than substitution.
The only outcome that measures whether any of it worked.
From AI-powered insights to safety redefined
Five commitments that shape every session, workshop and abstract. Select one to read it.
Why it matters
By the end of this activity, the attendees will be able to:
AI scientific focus
Predict
Early warning signals for high-risk patients and perioperative events.
Monitor
HR, ETCO₂, BIS, oxygenation, and hemodynamic trend intelligence.
Decide
Safer practice through evidence-based recommendations and alerts.
Learn
National registries, abstracts, analytics, and future Saudi AI healthcare studies.

AI offers valuable opportunities to enhance patient safety, support clinical decision-making, and improve perioperative care.
On behalf of the organizing committee, I extend our sincere appreciation for your presence and participation in this important scientific gathering.
This year’s theme, “Anesthesia Practice and Artificial Intelligence – Updates,” highlights the growing impact of artificial intelligence on healthcare and anesthesia practice.
AI offers valuable opportunities to enhance patient safety, support clinical decision-making, and improve perioperative care. As anesthesiologists, it is essential that we embrace these advancements responsibly while preserving the clinical expertise, judgment, and compassion at the core of our profession.
This conference serves as a platform to share knowledge, discuss recent developments, and strengthen collaboration among professionals in the field. I extend my sincere thanks to our speakers, organizers, and sponsors for their contributions, and I wish you all a productive and enriching conference.
