The conference takes place on 19–21 November 2026 in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The venue will be announced on this website.
Registration is handled on the official SAS registration portal. Choose your delegate category on the Registration page and continue to the portal to complete payment.
Registration includes access to all scientific sessions across the three days, the exhibition and poster area, conference materials and delegate badge, and a certificate of attendance. Workshops may require separate registration.

Abstracts are accepted until 15 September 2026 through the official abstract portal.
Yes. The presenting author must be a registered delegate of the conference.
Payments are made by Visa or MasterCard through the secure registration portal, in Saudi Riyals. Full payment terms are set out in the Terms & Conditions.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing with proof of overpayment to finance@kr.net.sa, or by post to 6977 Umm Al Fakhr, Al Olaya, Riyadh 12241. Approved refunds are transferred to your designated bank account.
A mobile app accompanied the 16th conference in 2024. The app for the 17th conference will be announced closer to the event.
