For review before publication This policy describes the data handling that is visible from the conference website and its registration and abstract services. It should be reviewed and approved by the Saudi Anesthesia Society before the site goes live, and extended if the Society processes personal data in ways not described here.

This website is operated for the 17th Saudi Anesthesia Conference, the annual scientific conference of the Saudi Anesthesia Society. The organizing office can be reached at info@kr.net.sa or by post at 6977 Umm Al Fakhr, Al Olaya, Riyadh 12241.

Retention

Information is kept for as long as it is needed for the purposes above and for any period required by applicable Saudi law and the Society’s record-keeping obligations, and is then deleted or anonymised.

Your choices

You may ask the organizing office what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where it is no longer required. Write to info@kr.net.sa.
